Phulka Recipe

Ingredients: Whole wheat flour, salt, water. Method: 1. In a large bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and salt. 2. Add water and mix until the dough comes together. 3. Knead the dough for a few minutes and then divide it into golf ball-sized portions. 4. Roll each portion into a fine, thin circle. 5. Heat a tawa over medium heat. 6. Place the phulka on the tawa and cook until it puffs up and has golden brown spots. 7. Repeat with the remaining dough portions. Serve hot. Keep reading on my website.
