Ingredients

To make dal phulki
Soaked Moong dal /भीगी हुई मूंग दाल -1cup
Ginger garlic /अदरक - लहसुन-1/2inch ginger & 4-5 cloves garlic
green chillies/हरी मिर्च -4-5
Water/ पानी -1/4cup
Salt/ नमक-as required
Soda /सोडा-1/4tsp
turmeric /हल्दी -1/4tsp
To make phulki water
Mint & coriander leaves/पुदीना और धनिया पत्ती-handful
3-4cloves garlic & 1/2inch ginger
green chillies/ हरी मिर्च -4-5
Raw mango/ कच्ची केरी -2 pieces
Lemon juice/ नींबू का रस -1tbsp
Water/ ठंडा पानी -as required
Black salt/काला नमक -1tsp
chaat masala/चाट मसाला-1tsp
roasted cumin powder/भुना जीरा पाउडर -1tsp
Red chilli flakes/ कूटी हुई लाल मिर्च -1tsp
Asafoetida/ हींग -1/4tsp
Boondi / बूंदी -1/4cup
Onion & red chilli powder/ लच्छा प्याज और लाल मिर्च पाउडर

Method

▪️First in a blender grind soaked moong dal along with ginger garlic & green chillies transfer this paste into a bowl add salt soda and turmeric powder mix well.
▪️In a appam pan pour this batter and make pakoras cooking it on medium flame from both sides soak it in Luke warm water so they are soft and spongy then squeeze excess water and add them to prepared mint and raw mango water.
▪️To make raw mango water in a blender add green chillies, ginger, garlic, lemon juice,raw mango , Coriander and mint leaves make smooth paste and taster this into a bowl add in Black salt, chaat masala ,roasted cumin powder, boondi ,chilli flakes, asafoetida & water.
▪️Sprinkle a little red chilli powder and laccha onions over it and enjoy.
