Ingredients:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 1/2 cup paneer
  • 1/4 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup peas
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste

To prepare the paneer rice bowl, heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add bell pepper and peas, and sauté until they are tender. Add the paneer, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Mix well and cook for 5 minutes. Separately, cook the rice as per package instructions. Once done, mix the rice and paneer mixture.
