Paneer Pakoda Recipe
        Ingredients:
- 200 grams paneer, sliced
 - 1 cup besan (gram flour)
 - 2 tbsp rice flour
 - 1 tsp red chili powder
 - 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
 - 1/2 tsp garam masala
 - 1/2 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
 - Salt to taste
 - Water, as required
 - Oil, for deep frying
 
Method:
- In a bowl, mix besan, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, ajwain, and salt.
 - Add water gradually to form a smooth batter.
 - Dip paneer slices in the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
 - Remove and drain excess oil on a kitchen towel.
 - Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
