Ingredients for Pan-Seared Salmon:
▶1 1/4 lb skinless boneless salmon filets cut into 4 filets (5 oz each about 1" thick)
▶1/2 tsp salt
▶1/8 tsp black pepper
▶4 Tbsp unsalted butter
▶1 tsp grated lemon zest
▶4 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice from 2 lemons
▶1 Tbsp fresh parsley, minced
