Noodles with Leftover Roti

Ingredients:
- Leftover roti 2-3
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
- Gajar (Carrot) julienne 1 medium
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium
- Pyaz (Onion) julienne 1 medium
- Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 1 Cup
- Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Chilli garlic sauce 2 tbs
- Soy sauce 1 tbs
- Hot sauce 1 tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped
Directions: Cut leftover rotis in thin long strips & set aside. In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & sauté for a minute. Add carrots,capsicum,onion,cabbage & sauté for a minute. Add pink salt,black pepper crushed,white pepper powder,chilli garlic sauce,soy sauce,hot sauce, vinegar,mix well & cook on high flame for a minute. Add roti noodles & give it a good mix. Sprinkle spring onion leaves & serve!
