1. Begin by thoroughly rinsing the Samak rice in water to remove any impurities. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat the oil over medium heat. Add the chopped green chilies and sauté for a minute until they become fragrant.

4. Add the rinsed Samak rice to the pan, along with salt to taste. Stir well to combine all the ingredients.
