Nasta Recipe for Healthy Evening Snacks

Ingredients

  • Maida
  • Whole wheat flour
  • Potatoes
  • Coconut
  • Vegetables of your choice
  • Salt, pepper, and chili powder

Start by mixing 1 cup of maida and 1 cup of whole wheat flour in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, and water to make a smooth dough. Let it rest for 30 minutes. In the meantime, prepare the stuffing by mixing boiled and mashed potatoes, coconut, and your choice of vegetables. Make small discs out of the dough, place a spoonful of the stuffing, and seal it. Deep fry until golden brown. Your healthy evening snacks are ready to be served.
