Masala Paneer Roast

Ingredients

  • Paneer - 250g
  • Yogurt - 2 tbsp
  • Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
  • Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
  • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
  • Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Salt - to taste
  • Oil - 2 tbsp
  • Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
  • Coriander Leaves - for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chat masala, and salt.
  2. Add paneer cubes to the mixture and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  3. In a pan, heat oil and add the marinated paneer. Cook until the paneer turns light brown.
  4. Finally, add fresh cream and coriander leaves. Mix well and cook for another 2 mins.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
