Masala Paneer Roast

Ingredients
- Paneer - 250g
- Yogurt - 2 tbsp
- Ginger-Garlic Paste - 1 tsp
- Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
- Red Chili Powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
- Garam Masala - 1 tsp
- Chat Masala - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - to taste
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Fresh Cream - 2 tbsp
- Coriander Leaves - for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, chat masala, and salt.
- Add paneer cubes to the mixture and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, heat oil and add the marinated paneer. Cook until the paneer turns light brown.
- Finally, add fresh cream and coriander leaves. Mix well and cook for another 2 mins.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
