Masala Lachha Paratha with Wheat Flour

Ingredients:
- Wheat flour
- Water
- Salt
- Oil
- Ghee
- Cumin seeds
- Red chili powder
- Turmeric
- Other desired masala

Directions:
1. Combine wheat flour and water to form a soft dough.
2. Add salt and oil. Knead well and allow it to rest.
3. Divide the dough into equal parts and roll each one out thinly.
4. Apply ghee and sprinkle cumin seeds, chili powder, turmeric, and other masala.
5. Fold the rolled dough in pleats and twist to form a circular shape.
6. Roll it out again and cook on a hot griddle with ghee until crispy and golden brown.
