Makka Cutlet Recipe

Ingredients: MAIZE COB KERNELS 1 cup Potato 1 medium size 3 tbsp finely chopped carrots 2 finely chopped capsicums 3 tbsp finely chopped onions 3 tbsp finely chopped coriander 4 green chilies 5-6 garlic cloves 1 inch ginger Salt to taste 1/2 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp cumin powder A pinch of turmeric 1/2 tsp red chili powder Oil for frying
Instructions: 1. In a bowl, mix the maize cob kernels, potato, carrots, capsicums, onions, coriander, green chilies, garlic, ginger, and all the spices. 2. Shape the mixture into round cutlets. 3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the cutlets until golden brown. 4. Serve hot with ketchup or any chutney of your choice.
