Maggi Recipe

Ingredients:
- 2 packs Maggi
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
- 2 small tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, peas, and corn)
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- salt to taste
- freshly chopped coriander leaves
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Saute until they turn golden brown.
- Now, add tomatoes and cook until soft and pulpy.
- Add vegetables, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add two packs of Maggi masala and saute it for a few seconds.
- Pour water and bring to a boil.
- Then, break Maggi into four parts and add it to the pan.
- Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame. Then add garam masala and cook for another 30 seconds. The Maggi is ready. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot!
