Maggi Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 2 packs Maggi
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 2 small tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1-2 green chilies, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, green beans, peas, and corn)
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • salt to taste
  • freshly chopped coriander leaves

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add onions. Saute until they turn golden brown.
  2. Now, add tomatoes and cook until soft and pulpy.
  3. Add vegetables, turmeric powder, and salt. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Add two packs of Maggi masala and saute it for a few seconds.
  5. Pour water and bring to a boil.
  6. Then, break Maggi into four parts and add it to the pan.
  7. Cook for 2 minutes on medium flame. Then add garam masala and cook for another 30 seconds. The Maggi is ready. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot!
