Kerala Style Banana Chips Recipe

Ingredients:
- Raw bananas
- Turmeric
- Salt
Step 1: Peel the bananas and slice them thinly using a mandolin.
Step 2: Soak the slices in turmeric water for 15 minutes.
Step 3: Drain the water and pat dry the banana slices.
Step 4: Heat oil and deep fry the banana slices until crispy and golden brown. Season with salt as desired.
