Kambu Paniyaram Recipe

INGREDIENTS FOR KAMBU / BAJRA / PEARL MILLET PANIYARAM:
For paniyaram batter:
Kambu / Bajra / pearl millet - 1 cup
Black gram / urad dal / ulunthu - 1/4 cup
Fenugreek seeds / Venthayam - 1 tsp
Water- as required
Salt - as required
For tempering:
Oil - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds / kadugu - 1/2 tsp
urad dal / black gram - 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Salt - as required
Ginger - small piece
Green chilli - 1 or 2
Onion - 1
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Oil - as required for making paniyaram
