Kale Chane Ki Sabji Recipe

Kale chane ki sabji is a popular Indian breakfast recipe that is not only delicious but also healthy. This recipe is easy to make and is perfect for a quick and wholesome breakfast.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup kale chane (black chickpeas), soaked overnight
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 large tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they start spluttering, add the chopped onions and saute until they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a few minutes.
- Now, add the tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the soaked kale chane along with water. Cover and cook until the chana is soft and well cooked.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with roti or paratha.
