Kachhe Aloo Ka Nashta

Ingredients:
- 4 large potatoes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp oil
Instructions:
- Peel and chop the potatoes in thin slices.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and add the sliced potatoes. Cook until golden and crisp.
