Juicy and Tender Tandoori Chicken with Garlic Mint Butter Sauce

- Prepare Tandoori Chicken:
- Dahi (Yogurt) 1 & ¼ Cup
- Tikka masala 3 & ½ tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Lemon juice 2-3 tbs
- Chicken drumsticks 9 pieces (1 kg)
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Prepare Garlic Mint Butter Sauce:
- Makhan (Butter) 6 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs
- Himalayan pink salt to taste
- Podina (Mint leaves) chopped 2 tbs
- Directions:
- Prepare Tandoori Chicken:
- In a dish,add yogurt,tikka masala,ginger garlic paste,lemon juice & mix well.
- Make cuts on chicken drumsticks & add in marinade,mix well & rub evenly.
- Add cooking oil & mix well,cover with cling film & marinate for 4 hours to overnight in refrigerator.
- Preheat microwave oven at 180C for 15 minutes.
- On a dish,place microwave grill stand & marinated chicken & bake in preheated oven (convection mood) at 180C for 45-50 minutes (Flip in between).
- Prepare Garlic Mint Butter Sauce:
- In a bowl,add butter,garlic & microwave for 1 minute.
- Add lemon juice,fresh parsley,pink salt,mint leaves & mix well.
- Brush prepared garlic mint butter sauce on chicken drumsticks & serve with naan!
