Jowar Paratha | How To Make Jowar Paratha Recipe- Healthy Gluten Free Recipes
- 2 cup jowar (sorghum) atta
- Some finely chopped veggies (onion, carrot & coriander)
- Finely chopped green chillies (as per taste)
- 1/2 tsp ajwain (crush with hands)
- Salt as per taste
- Warm water

Method
- Take a mixing bowl, add 2 cup jowar atta (sorghum flour)
- Add some finely chopped veggies (onion, carrot & coriander)
- Add finely chopped green chillies (as per taste)
- Add 1/2 tsp ajwain (crush with hands)
- Add salt as per taste
- (You can add veggies and spices or substitute with other ingredients as per your choice and taste)
- Add warm water gradually and mix well with the help of spoon
