Instant Samosa Breakfast Recipe
        Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 3 tablespoons oil
 - 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds
 - Salt to taste
 - 1/2 cup peas
 - 3-4 boiled and mashed potatoes
 - 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
 - 1-2 finely chopped green chilies
 - 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
 - 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
 - 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
 - 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
 - 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
 - Chopped coriander leaves
 - Oil for frying
 
Instructions
To make the dough, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, carom seeds, and oil. Knead it into a stiff dough using water, then cover it and set it aside.
For the stuffing, heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once the seeds start to splutter, add green chilies and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for a minute, then add peas, mashed potatoes, and all the spices. Cook for a few minutes, then add coriander leaves and mix well.
Divide the dough into small portions and roll each into a circle. Cut it in half and form a cone, fill it with the stuffing, and seal the edges using water.
Deep fry the prepared samosas in hot oil until they turn golden brown.
