Instant Green Chutney Powder

Ingredients:
- Lehsan (Garlic) thin slices 4 cloves
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 4-5
- Adrak (Ginger) thin slices 1 inch piece
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 bunch
- Podina (Mint leaves) 1 bunch
- Bhunay chanay (Roasted grams) ½ Cup
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
- Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
- Tatri (Citric acid) ½ tsp
- Kala namak (Black salt) ½ tsp How to use Chutney powder to make Green Chutney in seconds:
- Green chutney powder 4 tbs
- Hot water ½ Cup
- In a frying pan,add garlic,green chillies,ginger & dry roast on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
- Add fresh coriander,mint leaves,mix well & dry roast on low flame until all ingredients are dried & crispy (6-8 minutes).
- Let it cool.
- In a grinding mill,add dry roasted ingredients,roasted gram,cumin seeds,pink salt,citric acid,black salt & grind well to make a fine powder (Yield: approx. 100g).
- Can be stored in a dry & clean air tight jar for up to 1 month (Shelf life)
- How to use Chutney powder to make Green Chutney in seconds:
- In a bowl,add 4 tbs of prepared green chutney powder,hot water & mix well.
- Serve with fried items!
