Immune System Boosting Recipes

Ingredients for Recipe 1: Immunity boosting tonic
- 1 medium tomato
- 1 chopped carrot
- 8-10 papaya pieces
- 1 orange (de-seeded)
Instructions:
- Blend these all together
- Strain the juice over a sieve
- Optional: add some black salt for taste
- Serve chilled
Ingredients for Recipe 2: Salad
- ½ an avocado
- ½ capsicum
- ½ tomato
- ½ cucumber
- 2 baby corns
- Optional: boiled chicken, wheat germ
- For the dressing: 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp mint leaves, salt, pepper
Instructions:
- Mix all the vegetables together
- Mix the dressing with the vegetables
- Toss it well & it’s ready to eat
