Ingredients for Recipe 1: Immunity boosting tonic

  • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 chopped carrot
  • 8-10 papaya pieces
  • 1 orange (de-seeded)

Instructions:

  1. Blend these all together
  2. Strain the juice over a sieve
  3. Optional: add some black salt for taste
  4. Serve chilled

Ingredients for Recipe 2: Salad

  • ½ an avocado
  • ½ capsicum
  • ½ tomato
  • ½ cucumber
  • 2 baby corns
  • Optional: boiled chicken, wheat germ
  • For the dressing: 2 tsp honey, 2 tsp lemon juice, 1 tsp mint leaves, salt, pepper

Instructions:

  1. Mix all the vegetables together
  2. Mix the dressing with the vegetables
  3. Toss it well & it’s ready to eat
