Iftar Special Refreshing Strawberry Sago Sharbat

- Water as required
- Sago dana (Tapioca sago) ½ Cup
- Water as required
- Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
- Sugar 4 tbs or to taste
- Cornflour 1 & ½ tbs
- Rose syrup ¼ Cup
- Red jelly cubes as required
- Coconut jelly cubes as required
- Strawberry chunks as required
- Ice cubes
-In a kettle,add water & bring it to boil.
-Add tapioca sago,mix well & cook on medium flame for 14-15 minutes or until transparent,strain then rinse with water & set aside.
-In kettle,add milk,sugar,cornflour,rose syrup & mix well,bring it to boil & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Let it cool at room temperature.
-In a jug,add red jelly cubes,coconut jelly cubes,cooked tapioca sago,srawberry chunks,ice cubes, prepared milk & stir well.
-Serve chilled.
