Honey Granola

- 6 c. rolled oats
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
- 1/4 c. butter melted
- 1/2 c. avocado oil
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/2 c. raw sugar
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
