Homemade Vegetable Broth

Homemade Vegetable Broth Recipe:
Ingredients:
1-2 bags veggie scraps
1-2 bay leaves
½ - 1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp salt
12-16 cups water (Fill with water just above veggies)
Directions:
1️⃣ Add ingredients into your Slow Cooker.
2️⃣ Set to low for 8-10 hours, or high for 4-6.
3️⃣ Strain broth in a fine mesh strainer.
4️⃣ Allow broth to cool, before storing in fridge or freezer.
