Home Made Tava Pizza

Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- cornmeal for sprinkling
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- your favorite toppings, such as pepperoni, cooked sausage, sliced mushrooms, etc.
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°F.2. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
3. Stir in the yogurt and olive oil until combined.
4. Sprinkle cornmeal on a large baking sheet.
5. With wet hands, pat out the dough to desired shape.
6. Spread with pizza sauce.
7. Add cheese and toppings.
8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust and cheese are golden brown.
