High Protein Green Moong Jowar Roti

Ingredients
- Green moong dal / Green Gram (soaked overnight) - 1 cup
- Green chili - 2
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Garlic - 4 nos
- Coriander leaves - one handful
- Blend all these coarsely
- Jowar flour / sorghum millet flour - 1 and a half cup
- Wheat flour - 1 cup
- Cumin - 1 tsp
- Salt as required
Add water in batches and make a dough like chapati dough. Roll it evenly and make a round shape with the help of any lid. Cook both sides until golden apply oil to get moist.
Delicious protein-rich breakfast is ready. Serve hot with any chutney or yogurt.
