High Protein Green Moong Jowar Roti

Ingredients

  • Green moong dal / Green Gram (soaked overnight) - 1 cup
  • Green chili - 2
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Garlic - 4 nos
  • Coriander leaves - one handful
  • Blend all these coarsely
  • Jowar flour / sorghum millet flour - 1 and a half cup
  • Wheat flour - 1 cup
  • Cumin - 1 tsp
  • Salt as required

Add water in batches and make a dough like chapati dough. Roll it evenly and make a round shape with the help of any lid. Cook both sides until golden apply oil to get moist.

Delicious protein-rich breakfast is ready. Serve hot with any chutney or yogurt.
