High Protein Air Fryer Recipes

BBQ Salmon
- 1 pound salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the salmon with salt and pepper.
- Brush BBQ sauce generously over the salmon fillets.
- Place the salmon in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Steak and Potato Bites
- 1 pound steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 medium potatoes, diced

Instructions:
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and drain excess fat.
- Lay a tortilla flat and layer with ground beef, cheese, lettuce, pickles, ketchup, and mustard.
- Fold the tortillas over to create a wrap.
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Place the wrap in the air fryer and cook for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

- 1 pound shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Lay a tortilla flat, add buffalo chicken, lettuce, and ranch dressing.
- Wrap tightly and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 370°F (188°C) for 8-10 minutes until crispy.
