Green Garlic Tawa Pulav

- 50 gm - Spinach Leaves
Boil for 3-4 Min in a High Flame and immediately add into Ice Chilled Water
Remove and Make a Fine Paste - 1 Cup - Fresh Green Peas
1 tsp - Sugar
Boil till Soften
Remove in Strainer and add into Ice Water and keep aside - 50 gm - Green Garlic
Seperate White Part amd Green Part ,Chop them and keep aside
50 gm - Spring Onion
Seperate White Part amd Green Part ,Chop them and Keep aside - 1 Cup - Basmati Rice
Boiling time added 1 tsp - Oil and Cook till 70-80 % Cook ,Laatly add Before 1 min
1 tsp - Vinegar or
1/2 no - Lemon Juice
Strain and Spread into Big Plate and Let Cook Completely for 2 hours then use it - Take Big Tawa amd add
1 tbsp - Oil
1 tbsp - Butter
Green Garlic White Part
Spring Onion White Part
2 tbsp - Ginger Chilli Paste
1 no - Capsicum Chopped
1 Cup - Boiled Green Peas
1/4 tsp - Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp - Corainder Cumin Powder
1 tsp - Res Chilli Powder
1 tbsp - Pav Bhaji Masala
100 gm - Paneer Diced Cut
3 tbsp - Fresh Green Corainder Chopped
1/4 Cup - Fresh Green Garlic Chopped
2 tbsp - Spring Onion Green Part - and In same Tawa keep everything Outside and in the Middle add
1 tsp - Butter
1 tsp - Oil
1 tsp - Garlic Crushed
Saute Little then add Palak Puree amd Mix Properly and Rice and Paste Mix all together
Lastly Sprinkle Some Green Garlic Chopped ,Spring Onion Green Part , Corainder Chopped and Mix Little and Serve
