Grain-Free Granola

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups unsweetened coconut shreds
1 cup nuts, roughly chopped (any combination)
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
Pinch of salt
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix to combine. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden.
- Remove from oven and store extras in the fridge.
