Flaky Almond Magic Toast
Ingredients:
- 50g unsalted Butter (Makhan)
- 5 tablespoons Caster Sugar (Bareek Cheeni) or to taste
- 1 Egg (Anda)
- ½ teaspoon Vanilla Essence
- 1 Cup Almond Flour
- 1 pinch Himalayan Pink Salt or to taste
- 4-5 large Bread Slices
- Almond Flakes (Badam)
- Icing Sugar
Directions:
- In a bowl, add the unsalted butter, caster sugar, egg, and vanilla essence. Whisk until well combined.
- Add the almond flour and pink salt. Mix well and transfer the mixture to a piping bag fitted with a nozzle.
- Lay two slices of bread on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
- Pipe the prepared almond mixture onto both slices and then sprinkle almond flakes over the top.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10-12 minutes or air fry for 8-10 minutes in a preheated air fryer.
- Sprinkle icing sugar on top and serve. This recipe makes 5-6 servings!
