Eid Special Khoya Sawaiyan

- Desi ghee (Clarified butter) ½ Cup
- Badam (Almonds) halved 3 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) halved 3 tbs
- Kishmish (Raisins) 3 tbs
- Sawaiyan (Cut vermicelli) 400g
- Sukha nariyal (Dried coconut) sliced 3 tbs
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 6-7
- Sugar 1 Cup or to taste
- Water 4 Cups
- Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) ¼ tsp
- Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs
- Khoya 200g
- Cream 4 tbs
- Chandi warq (Silver edible leaf)
-In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
