  • Desi ghee (Clarified butter) ½ Cup
  • Badam (Almonds) halved 3 tbs
  • Pista (Pistachios) halved 3 tbs
  • Kishmish (Raisins) 3 tbs
  • Sawaiyan (Cut vermicelli) 400g
  • Sukha nariyal (Dried coconut) sliced 3 tbs
  • Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 6-7
  • Sugar 1 Cup or to taste
  • Water 4 Cups
  • Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) ¼ tsp
  • Desi ghee (Clarified butter) 1 tbs
  • Khoya 200g
  • Cream 4 tbs
  • Chandi warq (Silver edible leaf)

-In a wok,add clarified butter & let it melt.
