EGGLESS (VEG) MAYONNAISE

Ingredients
2 cups Soya Milk (सोया दूध)
½ cup Vinegar (सिरका)
2 tbsp Mustard Sauce (मास्टर सौस)
1 ltr Oil (तेल)
Process
In a large bowl add soya milk, vinegar, mustard sauce and mix it properly with a hand blender.
Now slowly keep on adding oil and continuously mixing it with a hand blender.
After all the oil has been incorporated properly and it's thickened then keep it aside for some time to rest.
After that remove in an airtight container and store in the fridge.
