Doodh Wali Seviyan Recipe

Ingredients:
- Water 3 Cups
- Colored vermicelli 80g (1 Cup)
- Doodh (Milk) 1 & ½ litre
- Badam (Almonds) sliced 2 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) sliced 2 tbs
- Custard powder vanilla flavor 3 tbs or as required
- Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
- Condensed milk 1 Cup or to taste
- Pista (Pistachios) soaked, peeled & sliced 1 tbs
- Badam (Almonds) soaked & sliced 1 tbs
- Pista (Pistachios) sliced
- Badam (Almonds) sliced
Directions:
- In a saucepan, add water & bring it to boil.
- Add colored vermicelli, mix well & boil on medium flame until done (6-8 minutes), strain then rinse with water & set aside.
- In a pot, add milk & bring it to boil.Add almonds, pistachios & mix well.
- In a small bowl, add custard powder, milk & mix well.Add dissolved custard powder in boiling milk, mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (2-3 minutes).
- Add boiled colored vermicelli, mix well & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
- Let it cool at room temperature while mixing continuously.
- Add condensed milk, pistachios, almonds & mix well.
- Garnish with pistachios, almonds & serve chilled!
