Creamy One-Pot Sausage Skillet

Ingredients:

18 Polish Sausages, sliced
4 Zucchinis, chopped
3 Cups Peppers, chopped
3 Cups Spinach, finely chopped
3 Cups Parmesan Cheese, shredded
15 Garlic Cloves, minced
4 Cups Broth
2 Cups Heavy Cream
1 Jar (32 oz) Marinara Sauce
5 tsp Pizza Seasoning
Salt and Pepper

Method:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients: slice the Polish sausages into rounds, shred Parmesan, chop the zucchini, peppers, and spinach, and mince the garlic cloves.
  2. Cook sausages in a cast iron pan or large stock pot, and cook the sliced sausages over medium heat until they are browned and cooked. Remove them from the pot and set aside.
  3. Add some oil, if needed, and sauté the garlic, zucchini, and peppers in the pot until they soften, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add Broth, heavy cream, marinara sauce, spinach, parmesan cheese, sausages, and seasoning. Mix everything well and allow it to simmer until bubbling and warm.
  5. Serve hot, garnish with extra parmesan cheese if desired, and serve with noodles, rice, or bread! ENJOY!
