Chocolate Date Bites

Ingredients:
- Til (Sesame seeds) ½ Cup
- Injeer (Dried figs) 50g (7 pieces)
- Hot water ½ Cup
- Mong phali (Peanuts) roasted 150g
- Khajoor (Dates) 150g
- Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
- Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ¼ tsp
- White chocolate grated 100g or as required
- Coconut oil 1 tbs
- Melted chocolate as required
- Dry roast sesame seeds.
- Soak dried figs in hot water.
- Dry roast peanuts and grind coarsely.
- Chop dates and figs.
- Combine peanuts, figs, dates, butter, and cinnamon powder.
- Shape into balls, coat with sesame seeds, and press into oval shape using silicon mold.
- Fill with melted chocolate and refrigerate until set.
