Chocolate Cake Without Oven

Ingredients:
- 1. 1 1/2 cups (188g) all-purpose flour
- 2. 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 3. 1/4 cup (21g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 4. 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 5. 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 7. 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- 8. 1/3 cup (79ml) vegetable oil
- 9. 1 cup (235ml) water
Instructions:
- 1. Preheat a large pot with a tight-fitting lid on the stovetop over medium-high heat for about 5 minutes.
- 2. Grease an 8-inch (20cm) round cake pan and set aside.
- 3. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- 4. Add the vanilla extract, vinegar, oil, and water to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- 5. Pour the batter into the greased cake pan.
- 6. Carefully place the cake pan into the preheated pot and lower the heat to low.
- 7. Cover and cook for about 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
- 8. Remove the cake pan from the pot and let it cool completely before removing the cake.
- 9. Enjoy your chocolate cake without using an oven!
