Chocolate and Peanut Butter Candy

Ingredients:
- Chocolate cookies 150 g
- Butter 100 g
- Milk 30 ml
- Roasted peanuts 100 g
- Mascarpone cheese 250 g
- Peanut butter 250 g
- Chocolate 70% 250 g
- Vegetable oil 25 ml
- Milk chocolate 30 g
Instructions:
1. Prepare a rectangular pan measuring approximately 25*18cm. Use parchment.
2. Grind 150 g chocolate chip cookies until crumbly.
3. Add 100 g of melted butter and 30 ml of milk. Stir.
4. Add 100 g chopped peanuts. Mix everything well.
5. Place in the mold. Distribute and compact this layer evenly.
6. Mash 250 g of Mascarpone cheese in a bowl. Add 250 g peanut butter. Mix everything well.
7. Place the second layer in the mold. Smooth out carefully.
8. Place the pan in the freezer for about 1 hour.
9. While the filling is cooling, melt 250 g of 70% chocolate along with 25 ml of vegetable oil. Mix everything until smooth.
10. Cover the cooled candies with chocolate and place on parchment.
11. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
12. Melt 30 g of milk chocolate, place in a pastry bag and decorate the cooled sweets.
