Chicken Sukka with Leftover Naan
        - Ingredients
 - Prepare Chicken Sukka
 - Dahi (Yogurt) 3 tbs
 - Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
 - Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
 - Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
 - Lemon juice 1 tbs
 - Curry patta (Curry leaves) 8-10
 - Chicken mix boti 750g
 - Cooking oil ½ Cup
 - Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 large
 - Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
 - Adrak (Ginger) chopped ½ tbs
 - Curry patta (Curry leaves) 12-14
 - Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium
 - Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped 1 tbs
 - Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tbs
 - Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tsp
 - Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
 - Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
 - Water ¼ Cup or as required
 - Imli pulp (Tamarind pulp) 2 tbs
 - Saunf powder (Fennel powder) ½ tsp
 - Garam masala powder ½ tsp
 - Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2 tbs
 - Refresh Leftover/Plain Naan to Garlic Naan
 - Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
 - Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tbs
 - Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
 - Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1 tbs
 - Water 4-5 tbs
 - Leftover naan as required
 - Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
 
Directions:
Prepare Chicken Sukka:
In a bowl,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,pink salt,turmeric powder,lemon juice,curry leaves & mix well.
Add chicken & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes.
In a wok,add cooking oil,onion & fry until golden brown & reserve for later use. Remove extra oil from wok & leave only ¼ Cup of cooking oil. In the wok,add garlic,ginger,curry leaves & mix well. Add tomatoes,green chilli,kashmiri red chilli powder,coriander powder,pink salt,red chilli powder,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Add water & mix well. Add marinated chicken & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 14-15 minutes (mix in between). Add reserved fried onion,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes. Add tamarind pulp,fennel powder,garam masala powder & mix well. Add fresh coriander,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
Refresh Leftover/Plain Naan to Garlic Naan:
In a bowl,add butter,red chilli crushed,garlic,fresh coriander & mix well. On a non-stick griddle,add water,leftover naan,cook for a minute then flip. Add & spread prepared garlic butter on both sides & cook on medium flame until golden (2-3 minutes). Garnish with fresh coriander & serve with garlic butter naan!
