Chicken Kabob Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 3 lbs chicken breast, cut into cubes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 large red onion, cut into chunks
  • 2 bell peppers, cut into chunks

These chicken kabobs are perfect for a quick and easy meal on the grill. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Preheat the grill for medium-high heat. Thread the marinated chicken, red onion, and bell peppers onto skewers. Lightly oil the grill grate. Place skewers on the grill and cook, turning frequently until the chicken is no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!
