Step 1 - Make the Stuffing: Saute ginger-garlic paste,chili, onion in oil, add salt, coriander and garam masala, pepper, capsicum, cabbage, soy sauce, mustard paste. Step 2 - Make White Sauce: Cook flour and milk to make a creamy sauce, then add it to the previous stuffing mix. Add chicken, potatoes, and cheese, mix and cook for 2 minutes. Step 3 - Coating: Dip the chicken balls in flour and water slurry first, then coat them with crushed corn flakes. Step 4 - Frying: Fry the balls in medium-to-high flame oil for 4 to 5 minutes.
