Cheesy Paneer Cigar

Ingredients:
- For the Dough: 1 cup Maida, 1 tsp Oil, Salt to taste
- For the Filling: 1 cup Grated Paneer, 1/2 cup Grated Cheese, 1 cup Onion (Chopped), 1/4 cup Green Capsicum (Chopped), 1/4 cup Coriander (Chopped), 2 tbsp Green Chilli (Chopped), 1/4 cup Spring Onion (Green Part Chopped), 2 tbsp Fresh Green Garlic (Chopped), 1 fresh Red Chilli (Chopped), Salt to Taste, 1/8 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- For the Slurry: 2 tbsp Maida, water
Instructions:
1. Make a soft dough by kneading Maida with oil and salt. Cover and keep for 30 minutes.
2. Make two Puris from the dough. Roll one Puri and apply oil, sprinkle some Maida. Place the other Puri on top and roll it thin with Maida. Cook both sides lightly on a tawa.
3. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the filling.
4. Make a medium thick slurry with Maida and water.
5. Cut the Roti into square shapes and make a Cigar shape with the filling. Seal with slurry and fry until golden in medium to slow flame.
6. Serve with Chilli Garlic Sauce.
