Cheese Jalapeno Kabab

Ingredients:
- Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated 120g
- Olper’s Cheddar cheese grated 120g
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
- Pickled jalapeno chopped 4 tbs
- Beef qeema (Mince) lean 500g
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
- Paprika powder ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
- Breadcrumbs 4 tbs
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
- In a bowl, add mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, red chili crushed, pickled jalapeno & mix well.
- Take a small quantity of mixture (25-30g), make small patties & set aside.
- In a bowl, add beef mince, ginger garlic paste, pink salt, paprika powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, breadcrumbs, egg, fresh coriander & mix until well combined & marinate for 30 minutes.
- Take a small quantity of mixture (60g) & spread it on your palm, place the cheese jalapeno patty & cover properly to make kabab of equal sizes.
- In a frying pan, heat cooking oil & shallow fry kababs on low flame from both sides until golden brown (makes 8-10) & serve!
