Cheese Jalapeno Kabab

Ingredients:

  • Olper’s Mozzarella cheese grated 120g
  • Olper’s Cheddar cheese grated 120g
  • Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
  • Pickled jalapeno chopped 4 tbs
  • Beef qeema (Mince) lean 500g
  • Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
  • Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
  • Paprika powder ½ tsp
  • Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
  • Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
  • Breadcrumbs 4 tbs
  • Anda (Egg) 1
  • Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
  • Cooking oil for frying

Directions:

  • In a bowl, add mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, red chili crushed, pickled jalapeno & mix well.
  • Take a small quantity of mixture (25-30g), make small patties & set aside.
  • In a bowl, add beef mince, ginger garlic paste, pink salt, paprika powder, black pepper powder, cumin powder, breadcrumbs, egg, fresh coriander & mix until well combined & marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Take a small quantity of mixture (60g) & spread it on your palm, place the cheese jalapeno patty & cover properly to make kabab of equal sizes.
  • In a frying pan, heat cooking oil & shallow fry kababs on low flame from both sides until golden brown (makes 8-10) & serve!
