Chana Masala Curry

Ingredients
- 1 cup chickpeas (chana)
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- BeyLeaf
- onion & garlic Paste
Instructions
- Soak chickpeas overnight and boil until tender.
- Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, cumin seeds, BeyLeaf.
- Add tomatoes, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, and red chili powder. Cook until the mixture thickens.
- Add boiled chickpeas, salt, and butter. Mix well.
- serve with Puri or rice!
