Buffalo Chicken Melt Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients:
Prepare Buffalo Sauce:
- Makhan (Butter) ½ Cup (100g)
- Hot sauce ½ Cup
- Soy sauce ½ tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs
- Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Cayenne pepper powder ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ¼ tsp
Prepare Chicken:
- Boneless chicken fillets 2 (350g) (cut in half from center)
- Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Onion powder 1 tsp
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Olper’s Cheddar cheese as required
- Olper’s Mozzarella cheese as required
- Makhan (Butter) as required
- Sour dough bread slices or Bread of your choice
- Makhan (Butter) small cubes as required
Directions:
Prepare Buffalo Sauce:
- In a saucepan,add butter,hot sauce,soy sauce,vinegar,pink salt,garlic powder,cayenne pepper powder & black pepper powder.
- Turn on the flame,mix well & cook on low flame for a minute.
- Let it cool.
- Prepare Chicken:
- In a jar,add pink salt,black pepper powder,paprika powder,onion powder & shake well.
- On chicken fillets,sprinkle prepared seasoning & rub gently on both sides.
- On a cast iron griddle,add cooking oil,seasoned fillets & cook on medium flame from both sides until done (6-8 minutes) & apply cooking oil in between then cut into pieces,chop roughly & set aside.
- Grate cheddar cheese & mozzarella cheese separately & set aside.
- Grease cast iron griddle with butter & toast sour dough bread slices from both sides & set aside.
- On the same griddle,add chopped chicken,butter & mix well until butter melts.
- Add prepared buffalo sauce,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,cover & cook on low flame until cheese melts (2-3 minutes).
- On toasted sour bread slice,add melted chicken & cheese & top with another bread slice to make a sandwich (makes 4-5 sandwiches).
