Broccoli with Potatoes and Mushrooms

RECIPE AND INGREDIENTS:

- 5 potatoes.

- Fry over medium heat.
- 5 mushrooms.

- Rosemary.
- Mix well.
- 2 garlic.

- 1 onion.
- Olive oil.
- Fry for 3 minutes.
- 1 carrot.
- Fry for another 3 minutes.
- 1 red paprika.
- Add mushrooms.
- Fry until golden brown.
- Salt.
- Black pepper.
- Basil 1/2 teaspoon.
- Dried garlic 1/2 teaspoon.
- Stir and cook until fragrant, 2 minutes.
- Cherry tomatoes.
- 4 eggs.
- Salt. Black pepper.
- Milk 1/2 cup / 100 ml.
- Greek yogurt/sour cream 100g/3.52oz.
- Mix well.
- Cook in the oven for 25 minutes at 180°C (350°F).
- Cheese 150 g / 5.29 oz.
