Bread Broth Recipe

Ingredients:

Traditional Uzbek bread or other types of bread, lamb or beef, carrots, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, greens, salt, pepper, other spices.

Preparation Process:

Boil meat in water, remove foam. Boil until fully cooked. Add vegetables and boil until fully cooked. Cut bread into small pieces and add to the broth after boiling. Boil bread for a few minutes until soft and delicious.

Service:

Drawn in a large tray, served with greens, and sometimes sour cream or yogurt. Usually eaten hot and especially delicious on cold days.

Filling, nutritious, healthy, and delicious.
