Best Weight Loss Snack

Ingredients:
- Greek Yoghurt - 1 cup (preferably homemade)
- Chia seeds - 2 tbsps
- Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
- Peanut butter with dates - 1 tbsp
- Protein powder (optional) - 1 tbsp
- Banana - 1 (cut into small pieces)
- Almonds - 4-5 (chopped)
Prep Method: Add all of the above ingredients in the order mentioned and mix well. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours and enjoy.
