Ingredients:

  • Greek Yoghurt - 1 cup (preferably homemade)
  • Chia seeds - 2 tbsps
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder - 1 tbsp
  • Peanut butter with dates - 1 tbsp
  • Protein powder (optional) - 1 tbsp
  • Banana - 1 (cut into small pieces)
  • Almonds - 4-5 (chopped)

Prep Method: Add all of the above ingredients in the order mentioned and mix well. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours and enjoy.

I call this the 3-in-1 all beneficial snack because:

  • This is a great weight loss snack as it is very nutritious and super yummy at the same time. Also, this will definitely help you refrain from eating junk in the evenings.
