Beetroot cutlet

- Ingredients:
- 1 Beetroot
- 1 Potato
- 4-5 tbsp Poha
- 1/4 cup finely chopped Capsicum
- 1 tbsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tbsp Red chili powder
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Garlic-Green chili paste (3-4 garlic cloves and 1-2 green chilies blended coarse)
- Finely chopped Coriander leaves
- Coarse Rava
- Oil for shallow frying
- Method:
- Peel and chop beetroot and potato into pieces
- Transfer beet and potato into a pot and add water
- Cook in a pressure cooker until 2 whistles
- Grate the beet and potato
- Blend poha and add it to grated beet
- Add capsicum, coriander powder, red chili powder, etc. and mix everything well together
- Make small cutlets and roll in coarse rava
- Shallow fry in oil
