Beerakaya Senagapappu Curry Recipe

Ingredients:
Beerakaya (Ridge Gourd), Senagapappu (Chana Dal), Oil, Avalu, Minapappu, Mustard, Jeelakarra, Udad dal, Onions, Green Chillies, Curry Leaves, Hing, Salt, Haldi, Mirchi, Dhaniyalu, Water.

Instructions:
1. Wash and peel the Ridge gourd, cut them into small pieces.
2. Also, wash 1 cup Chana dal and soak in water.
3. In a pan, heat 2 to 3tbsp oil, add avvalu, minapappu, mustard, jeelakarra, and let them splutter.
4. Once they splutter add udad dal, chopped onions, chopped green chillies, and curry leaves.
