Banana Laddu

Ingredients:

- 1 banana

- 100g sugar

- 50g coconut powder

- 2 tbsp ghee

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, mash the banana until smooth.

2. Add sugar and coconut powder to the banana paste and mix well.

3. In a pan over medium heat, add ghee.

4. Add the banana mixture to the hot pan and cook, stirring constantly.

5. Once the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan, remove from heat.

6. Let the mixture cool for a few minutes.

7. With greased hands, take a small portion of the mixture and roll them into laddu balls.

8. Repeat for the remaining mixture, then let the laddus cool completely before serving.
